It's Ok To Be Quiet

Put a penny in an empty jar and close it tightly.

Notice that when the jar is shaken, the lone penny rattles about making clanking noises within its enclosure...but take that same jar and completely fill it with pennies, no room left.

That same jar, shaken as well, leaves no room for noise because it's been filled to capacity...filled from within.

Noise reveals the void of that which it inhabits. A filled jar creates a quiet peace...
