One thing about me and all the adversity I've gone through, I stuck it out the mud and stood ten toes down!

Through all the hurt, deceit, manipulative, malicious and malevolent things perpetrated against me, most of which I allowed by choices I made and folk I let remain when I should've severed ties, I remain better!!

I'm better because not only have I learned the lessons but I've applied them!

Wisdom is bred from applied knowledge.

I've learned not to repeat unhealthy toxic cycles.
